Trained Medication Aide (TMA)to join our skilled nursing team. As a TMA, you will play an important role in providing quality care to our residents by safely administering medications, assisting with daily care needs, and supporting their comfort, independence, and overall well-being.

Position Available

• Full-Time Days:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Wage starts at:$21.50/hour + experience

Key Responsibilities

• Safely administer and document medications according to physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate nurse or supervisor.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care.
• Maintain accurate medication and resident care documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow all medication administration, infection control, safety, and facility procedures.
• Promote resident independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Assist with other resident care needs as directed by nursing staff.

• Current Minnesota Trained Medication Aide (TMA) certification required.
• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, home care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow medication administration procedures and accurately complete documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy.
