Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN to provide PRN clinical support in a faith-based, community health setting. The LPN will deliver patient-centered primary care services, including rooming patients, taking vitals, administering medications and injections, performing basic treatments, and assisting with procedures. Duties include patient education, documentation in the EHR, coordination with an interdisciplinary team, and supporting health equity for underserved populations while upholding Good Samaritan's mission of holistic, dignified, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN bedside nursing care in an outpatient primary care setting
• Room patients, obtain histories, and record vital signs accurately
• Administer medications, vaccines, and injections per provider orders
• Assist with minor procedures and treatments within LPN scope of practice
• Document all care and patient encounters in the electronic health record
• Educate patients and families on medications, chronic disease, and self-care
• Coordinate with physicians, NPs, behavioral health, and dental teams
• Support care for underserved and diverse patient populations with dignity
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards and protocols
• Contribute to a faith-based, mission-driven, collaborative team culture
