We are seeking a skilled

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

to provide high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The role involves

• assessing and triaging patients,
• administering treatments and medications,
• preparing equipment,
• monitoring patient safety and comfort,
• documenting care,

and

• collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Recent ER nursing experience (minimum one year)
• Valid RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move and assist patients and equipment
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards

• Rapid patient assessment and triage
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families
• Administer medications and perform urgent care interventions
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs
• Respond effectively to life-threatening situations
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols
