Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Franklin Restorative Care Center, a Long Term Care Facility located in Franklin, Minnesota, USA. As a valued member of our caregiving team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with vital signs, clinical procedures, and treatments as directed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Participate in care planning and resident assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
• Perform household duties such as changing linens and cleaning patient areas
