Location: Hallock
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Immediate travel contract opportunity with our LTC facility in Hallock, MN. Pay Rate: $1,256/week (travel pay package if qualified) $28.00/hr (local candidate pay rate)
Available
Work Schedule:
- Day/Evening Flex
- 6:00am - 2:30pm (Days)
- 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Evenings)
- 40 hours/week guaranteed
- Every other weekend
Contract Term: 13 weeks to start (extension likely)
Job Details:
- Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
- Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
- Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
- Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
- Must have AHA BLS
- One year of healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
