ResponsibilitiesUtilize dependent, interdependent, and independent nursing functions to deliver patient care, ensuring comprehensive treatment aligned with care plans and outcome criteria.
QualificationsGraduation from an accredited nursing program with clinical experience across the lifespan; current RN licensure in the practicing state(s); additional certification or training may be required depending on specialty. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
Skills & RequirementsStrong clinical assessment, critical thinking, documentation skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with telephonic nursing practice may require licensure in patient-residing states.
