RN Charge Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities on the assigned shift. The RN Charge Nurse supports resident-centered care, teamwork, and regulatory compliance in a long-term care environment.

• - Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• - Serve as the charge nurse for the assigned shift
• - Support and guide LPNs, TMAs, and CNAs
• - Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
• - Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care standards
• - Support nursing leadership as directed

• - Provides general administrative support related to nursing operations
• - Assigned non-clinical tasks that support the delivery of nursing services
• - Assists with documentation review, follow-up, and organization as needed
• - Supports operational and regulatory activities as requested
• - Participates in quality improvement and compliance activities as assigned
• - Additional supportive or clerical tasks related to nursing services as directed

• - Active RN license in Minnesota
• - Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• - Strong communication and leadership skills
