Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in Long Term Care, providing resident-centered care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:Perform resident assessments, care planning, and implementation; collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams; administer treatments; delegate tasks; monitor resident conditions; ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations; support safe and compassionate care delivery.
Shift &Schedule:
Full-time evening shifts (8 hours, 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM), 40 hours per week.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current RN license in Minnesota or multistate compact; strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills; BSN preferred; ability to maintain necessary certifications.
Additional Details:May serve as Charge Nurse; competitive hourly pay rate ($32.00 - $48.00); in-person work environment.
