Role: Registered Nurse providing patient care in a Hospital Internal Medicine unit with a focus on general care and hospice services.
Responsibilities- Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and transitions of care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning.
- Support professional nursing practice and assume leadership roles such as preceptor or committee member.
- Delegate tasks based on skill, patient acuity, and resources.
- Ensure effective communication and mentoring.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of one year RN experience.
- Current RN license and BLS certification.
- Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and computer skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and adapt to changing situations.
- Eligible for TN sponsorship with proper licensure and certification.
- Compensation range: $43.84 - $66.84 per hour.
- Full-time, variable shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
