As a CNA‑NAR you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, and have choices within their lives.
Responsibilities- Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
- In good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Have good communication skills.
- Able to read, write and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Pay range: $22.75 – $26.40 per hour. A robust benefits package is available to eligible associates, including paid time off (PTO), retirement, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits. Additional incentives include a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, one free pair of scrubs, a $50 gas card and 10 free meals onsite for full‑time Certified Nursing Assistants.
