Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 1:1 school nursing position in St. Francis, MN. The LPN will provide dedicated nursing care and support to one student throughout the school day.

This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working with students and wants a consistent, school-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing support to the assigned student
• Monitor and manage the student's individual healthcare needs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Respond appropriately to any changes in the student's condition
• Communicate and collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate health documentation

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license
• Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred
• Experience working with medically fragile students is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and comfortable working independently
