Local Contract LPN; Skilled Nursing

Licensed Practical Nurse provides overnight care in a skilled nursing facility, delivering compassionate care to residents on a consistent schedule with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols.
• Deliver patient-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

• Previous Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care (LTC), or Rehabilitation experience.

• Consistent overnight schedule every other weekend.
• Flexibility to pick up additional shifts.
