Seasonal Summer Positions

The City of Redwood Falls has openings for full-time seasonal summer positions (up to 40 hrs. per week) for Streets Maintenance Workers and Parks & Rec Maintenance Workers. Positions are available in the Parks and Recreation Department and Street Department.
All applicants must be 18 years old. These positions will start in May and will work through September/October, as needed, or based on an individual’s availability.

• Seasonal Streets Maintenance: Must be 18 years old, Street Maintenance duties:
  Asphalt patching, crosswalk painting, weeding, and mowing. 40 hrs. a week. May – September $16.75 – $21.00/hr., Days:
  Mon – Fri Hours - 7am – 4pm. Must have good driving record.
• Seasonal Park & Rec Maintenance: Must be 18 years old, Park Maintenance duties:
  Mowing, weed whipping, driving trailered equipment & loading and unloading mowers and equipment, some building maintenance. 40 hrs. a week. May – September $16.75 – $21.00/hr., Hours – 6am – 4pm Mon – Thurs & Fri

  6am – 10am. Must have good driving record.
