• Flexibility in how you practice medicine: This role can be tailored to your strengths, whether that includes surgery, dentistry, or a focus on appointments and client communication. Surgical mentorship is available, but surgery is not required, allowing you to practice in a way that feels sustainable and fulfilling.
• Well-equipped facilities that support high-quality medicine: You’ll practice in a modern, well-maintained hospital with digital and dental radiography, a robust in-house laboratory, ultrasound capabilities, therapeutic laser, and multiple anesthesia machines. In addition, a separate Wellness Center with two exam rooms and lab space offers future flexibility for routine or feline-focused care as staffing grows.

This depth of relationship allows you to focus on quality medicine and meaningful conversations rather than transactional visits.

• Yearly Salary of $120,000 - $140,000/year
