This is a leadership role for one doctor who wants full medical autonomy while guiding a stable, established practice. You'll practice independently, with built‑in clinical collaboration from a nearby sister hospital whenever you want support, consults, or a second opinion.

- Avg. daily patient volume: Steady, loyal, established caseload
- Support staff ratio: Strong clinical support with a Licensed Veterinary Technician on‑site

- $110,000 – $149,000 annual salary + production bonus
- $25,000 Sign‑On Bonus

You are a veterinarian who is:
