Property Ground Maintenance Laborer

Breezy Point Resort has an immediate opening for a Full‑Time Property Ground Maintenance Laborer to join our team. You will be responsible for completing work orders, maintaining the gardens and outdoor landscapes, ensuring cleanliness of outdoor facilities, pruning, weeding, and maintaining area landscapes. Hours are Monday–Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Full‑time

• Landscapes and maintain grounds.
• Performs scheduled trimming, light lawn mowing, weeding, tree & shrub pruning, repair and reseeding of damaged lawn areas.
• Plants and maintains trees, shrubs and flowers.
• Rakes and disposes of leaves and other yard waste.
• Keeps grounds free of litter.
• Maintains pump houses and water softeners and performs routine checks on the irrigation systems.
• Interacts with homeowners, HOA Community Managers and the Association of the Board of Directors.
• Responsible for overall maintenance and physical appearance of our clients' HOA communities.
• Must complete work orders in a timely fashion.
• Must have some experience in lawn care and landscaping.
• Knowledge of plants and maintenance of landscapes.
• Follows all proper safety procedures as established by OSHA and maintains a safe work environment.

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Must be willing to pass a background screening.
• Be familiar with tools and equipment to perform the work for this job.
• Must be a self‑starter, work independently, detail oriented.
