Client Service Representative

Maple Lake Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Client Service Representative! Position Details Role:
Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) Status:
Full-time Salary: $18 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Four-day workweek (7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) with a rotating Saturday shift at our Kimball Clinic approximately once every seven weeks (7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.); no nights or holiday hours

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemail messages Schedule appointments while managing a busy multi-doctor calendar Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records Process invoices, collect payments, and review treatment estimates Maintain a clean, organized reception area and welcoming lobby Request, receive, and manage medical records from referring hospitals Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism Confirm appointments through phone calls, texts, and email communications Help clients schedule recommended services and follow-up visits Reactivate overdue patients and assist with filling appointment openings Document client communications accurately within medical records
