Landscaper Equipment Operator

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Landscaper Equipment Operator to maintain safe, attractive grounds for our guests. Operate commercial mowers, skid steers, tractors, trimmers, and snow removal equipment to mow, edge, trim, remove debris, and support seasonal projects. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance, follow safety and PPE standards, and work closely with the grounds team to support events and daily operations.

This field-based role fits a reliable, safety-minded operator who enjoys outdoor, physical work in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial mowers, skid steers, tractors, and related grounds equipment safely
• Mow, edge, trim, and blow walkways, parking areas, and landscaped spaces
• Support seasonal grounds tasks including planting, mulching, leaf cleanup, and snow removal
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report or perform basic maintenance
• Follow all safety, PPE, and tribal property guidelines and procedures
• Assist with grounds setup for special events and guest activities
• Remove trash, debris, and hazards to keep guest areas clean and safe
• Work collaboratively with the grounds crew and respond to supervisor direction promptly
