Fertilizing Technician

Position Summary

• Perform fertilization and weed control applications on residential and commercial properties.
• Operate and maintain application equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow industry regulations and best practices for fertilization and weed control.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with general lawn care duties as needed, including mowing (previous experience preferred but not necessary).

• Applicators License is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fertilization and weed control.
• Knowledge of fertilizer and chemical application techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
