Hourly, Meadowland Farmers Coop proudly serves 15 small town communities in Southwest Minnesota providing Agronomy, Grain, Energy and Feed services.

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Agronomy Laborer
- Driver at our Lamberton location.

Meadowland Farmers Coop agronomy locations throughout Southwest Minnesota provide high quality fertilizer, seed and crop production products and agronomy and technical services, including crop input planning and fertilizer and chemical application, using our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

• Adhere to all workplace safety, product safety, and environmental regulations.
• Work alongside agronomy operations staff to safely deliver and distribute agronomy products.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Assisting with maintenance projects around the facility.
• Other facility-related tasks assigned by the Location Manager

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience.
• Class A or B CDL
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Eagerness to jump in and help the team as needed.

Employee must be physically able to perform all requirements of the job, including but not limited to using hands to finger, handle or feel, seeing, hearing, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
