Location: Fridley, MN
Wage: $95,000 - $120,000/year | DOE
Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Thursday (Overtime on Fridays)
Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

- Manage incoming, set-up, in-process, and final inspections
- Program and complete CMM inspections
- Conduct first article inspections (FAI) for new parts
- Lead change management and MRB programs
- Identify process improvements to reduce costs
- Manage shipment documentation and records
- Maintain lot traceability and segregate discrepant parts
- Monitor process capability and SPC charts
- 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced GD&T and mechanical print reading skills
- Experience in ISO
9001, AS9102, or similar environments - Skill in performing and interpreting GR&R studies
- Knowledge of process capability and SPC
- Professional certification (ASQ or similar)
