Receiving Inspection Lead

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a Receiving & Inspection Lead to join a growing orthopedic manufacturing organization focused on rotator cuff implant products. This role combines hands‑on inspection responsibilities with team leadership, making it ideal for an experienced quality professional who thrives in a technical, fast‑paced environment.

• Lead and support incoming inspection activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications
• Perform inspections using CMMs and vision systems (e.g., Keyence, OGP, Micro‑Vu/Micro View)
• Assist with basic inspection programming as needed
• Provide guidance and leadership to inspection/quality team members
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues and drive improvements

• Prior lead or supervisory experience in a quality or inspection environment
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Hands‑on experience with CMMs or vision inspection systems
• Familiarity with inspection programming (preferred)
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing is a plus
