We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our team in Valmiera.
Responsibilities- Participation in the development and maintenance of documentation of the company's quality management system
- Supporting the quality manager in maintaining the company's quality processes
- Carrying out risk analysis, monitoring and improvement of production processes and non-compliances
- Communication with suppliers and representatives of the parent company in case of problem situations
- Quality control in production processes and for the finished product
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Going on work-related trips both in Latvia and abroad
- Higher or specialized education in engineering, quality management or a similar field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Good MS Office user skills – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good skills in the preparation of reports, summaries and statistics
- Excellent knowledge of Latvian, good knowledge of English
- Good communication abilities, skills to plan and organize their daily work life
- Previous experience in working with certifications (ISO, etc.)
- Experience with the preparation of quality documentation (protocols, procedures, instructions)
- Certificates and training in quality management or the environment (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Stable salary – 2300 EUR gross
