JBS Foods - - Responsibilities:
Perform HACCP, SSOP and Quality Checks to ensure product meets plant, USDA and customer expectations;
Maintain knowledge of microbiology, HACCP and SSOPs & GMPs;
Perform pre-operational sanitation checks;
Inspect product to assure compliance with company specifications;
Complete accurate and detailed paperwork and communicate with supervision/Managers
