Zumbrota-Drivetrain is seeking a Quality Lead to improve the quality of units built. You will perform inspections, identify root causes, and collaborate with production and purchasing to reduce defects and warranty costs.
Responsibilities include running tests and dyno checks, developing an outbound inspection process, and delivering management reports on quality trends. A strong automotive background and proficiency with Excel are preferred.
