Join a leading manufacturer of fresh ready-made meals, focusing on quality management of suppliers to ensure product safety and compliance. Your responsibilities include conducting risk analyses on raw materials and packaging, managing supplier audits and certifications (GFSI, ASC/MSC, IFS Food), and overseeing supplier specifications. You will evaluate and monitor suppliers, handle quality claims, support digitalization efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with the national QA team, report to the Supplier QA Specialist, and ensure adherence to regulations such as PPWR and food fraud prevention.
- Bachelor’s degree in a food-related field with relevant QA experience.
- Product and process knowledge, experience with QA audits systems.
- Strong administrative skills, analytical mindset, and initiative.
- Critical, assertive, diplomatic communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel between sites.
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, with good PC skills.
- Knowledge of digital QA systems like Quasydoc is advantageous.
- Conduct risk assessments on raw materials and packaging.
- Manage supplier audits, certifications, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and food safety standards.
- Evaluate and monitor suppliers, support quality improvements.
- Contribute to digital quality management and team initiatives.
