Trident Seafoods - - Responsibilities:
Conducts standardized tests on products and materials to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications and regulations;
Documents data obtained during quality assurance activities in HACCP records;
Records test data such as weights, temperatures, moisture content, qualities and quantities inspected or graded;
Notifies designated personnel of environmental or safety incidents or risks;
Audits production facility and reviews employee behavior for proper sanitation
