Logistea is seeking a senior and self-driven Asset Manager to lead and further develop our property portfolio in Finland. This is a key role for a relationship-oriented professional with a strong focus on tenant dialogue, local presence, and long-term value creation.

As Asset Manager, you will have overall responsibility for your assigned portfolio and act as Logistea’s primary point of contact for tenants in Finland. You are expected to work proactively on site, meet tenants locally, and build strong, long-term relationships. The role requires a service-minded mindset and the ability to balance commercial objectives with high-quality tenant engagement.

Logistea’s Finnish properties are located in regional cities like Kuopio, Tampere, Turku, Oulu, and surrounding areas. The position offers flexibility regarding location. You may be based locally in Finland or at our headquarters in Stockholm, provided you are willing to travel regularly to Finland.

• Full asset management responsibility for Logistea’s Finnish property portfolio
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants and drive ongoing tenant dialogue regarding contracts, projects and refurbishments, etc.
• Be present at the properties and work closely with tenants on site to build and maintain long-term tenant relationships
• Identify value-creating initiatives and development opportunities
• Lead and manage small- to medium-scale tenant adaptations and ensure the long-term functional performance and sustainability of the properties
• Monitor market developments and maintain an active presence in the Finnish real estate market

• Has senior experience in property or asset management
• Is self-driven, structured, and commercially minded
• Is highly service-oriented and relationship-focused
• Has a strong network and good market knowledge in Finland
• Is active in the Finnish real estate market and stays up to date on market developments
• Is fluent in Finnish and English (spoken and written)
