Tailwind Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee an assigned commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring properties operate above standards and deliver profitable returns. You will provide excellent tenant service, manage budgets, and coordinate leases and maintenance from our Excelsior or Mankato, MN offices.
The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and coordination with vendors, with a schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm on weekdays and occasional evenings or weekends
