Leasing Agent

As a Leasing Agent at EMPLOYER-DESC , you will play a key role in managing and directing the leasing operations of our properties. You'll be responsible for helping us achieve and maintain high occupancy rates, while providing excellent service to prospective and current tenants. This position requires a dynamic, sales-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering positive tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet and build rapport with prospective tenants, showcasing the properties effectively and highlighting their benefits.
• Complete lease applications, verify tenant information, and negotiate lease terms and conditions.
• Organize and execute leasing events and open houses to create interest and attract potential tenants.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties, utilizing various marketing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to tenant needs and coordinating with maintenance staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and local property management regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reporting on leasing activity.
