Mobile Home Community Manager

Osprey Management seeks a Mobile Home Community Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and resident relations for a manufactured home community. You'll manage rent collection, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and park rules enforcement while ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Partner with ownership on budgets, reporting, and capital projects. Ideal candidates bring strong property management experience, fair housing knowledge, and excellent communication skills, plus comfort with software tools for reporting and resident management in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the mobile home community
• Manage leasing, applications, and resident move-in/move-out processes
• Handle rent collection, delinquencies, and basic bookkeeping/reporting
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor/contractor services
• Enforce community rules, regulations, and safety standards
• Cultivate positive resident relations and resolve disputes
• Monitor occupancy, market conditions, and assist with marketing efforts
• Support preparation and management of operating budgets
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and local housing regulations
• Maintain accurate records using property management software
