Real Estate Sales Agent

Obvious Real Estate, a boutique Atlanta brokerage, is seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent to represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential transactions. In this client-focused, tech-enabled role, you'll generate and nurture leads, conduct buyer and listing consultations, prepare CMAs, negotiate offers, and manage deals from contract to close. You'll leverage modern marketing tools, local market data, and clear communication to deliver a streamlined experience while collaborating with a nimble team that values honesty, transparency, and neighborhood expertise.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and manage buyer, seller, and investor leads in the Atlanta residential market
• Conduct property tours, listing presentations, and buyer consultations
• Advise clients on pricing, offers, negotiations, and contracts using local market data
• Coordinate transactions from contract to close with lenders, inspectors, and closing attorneys
• Prepare and market listings using modern digital and social media tools
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide clear, consistent client communication
• Stay current on local market trends, regulations, and MLS rules
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and marketing initiatives
