We are searching for an organized, dependable team player to oversee four townhome communities.
About the Role This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of office work, problem-solving, customer service, and hands-on projects. One moment you may be coordinating with contractors, the next you're inspecting a unit turn, helping improve curb appeal or assisting a resident.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day property operations
Coordinate contractors and vendors
Unit inspections and unit turns
Light maintenance tasks
Grounds and curb appeal oversight
Resident communication and customer service
Keep communities safe, clean, and welcoming

* The posted pay range for our staff in this position is from entry level to fully independent and proficient in the role. The candidate selected will be offered a wage applicable to their background and skill set as aligned to our business.
What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with standard office software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Property management experience is a plus - but not required! We're happy to train the right candidate
