Closing Crew Member

Location: Waite Park
$15-17 per hour

Crew Member (Front of House)

* Guest service:
Greet guests, take orders, and provide a friendly, energetic experience.

* Order and payment processing:
Accurately take orders and handle payments.

* Food and beverage service:
Prepare and serve food items according to Culver's standards.

* Restroom upkeep:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.

Crew Member (Back of House)

* Food preparation:
Prepare made-to-order items like Butter Burgers and Cheese Curds.

* Quality and consistency:
Ensure all food meets Culver's standards for quality and presentation.

* Back-up support:
Assist with other duties and responsibilities as needed after primary tasks are completed.

Other positions

* Porter:
Focus on cleaning the restaurant and equipment, stocking ingredients, and opening the restaurant.

* Manager:
Oversee the crew, ensure smooth operations, support team member development, and guarantee guest satisfaction.

General responsibilities and qualifications

* Hygiene and safety:
Follow strict personal hygiene and food safety practices.

* Teamwork:
Cooperate with and support other team members.

* Physical requirements:

Stand and walk for extended periods; lift items up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

* Other qualifications:
Maintain a neat appearance and a flexible schedule, possess basic reading and writing skills, and demonstrate a sense of urgency and good communication.
