Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant (Part Time) to join our growing team! Legacy of Delano is a fun‑filled Senior Living Facility, located right off Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn’s. It has 51 total units, between Assistant Living, Independent, and Memory Care Apartments. Delano is a growing community with compassionate team members who help our residents AGE Magnificently.

Shifts Available:
Part Time – evening shift, 3:00–6:30pm.

Culinary Wage: $15.50–$20.50 wage is based on experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well‑being.

Duties include:

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishment and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.

Annual reviews with wage increases.
