Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew members and other managers during the shift to maintain great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift.
Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets, completing paperwork timely, and helping their assigned departments meet goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years of age or older to be a manager.
