Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Andy’s Bar & Grill recipes and standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain workstations before, during, and after service
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Communicate clearly with front-of-house and kitchen team members
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
