Grand Superior Lodge – Two Harbors, Minnesota Dishwasher
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly. If you take pride in maintaining cleanliness and enjoy working as part of a team, this role is perfect for you.
Essential Functions- Keep it Clean: Sort, rinse, and wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and tableware to ensure our kitchen stays spotless.
- Stock Up: Ensure dishware, silverware, and glassware are always available for our front and back‑of‑house staff.
- Operate with Care: Use our dishwashing machine efficiently, maintaining appropriate levels of chemicals and cleaning agents.
- Maintain Standards: Clean and organize your station and other kitchen areas, practicing excellent safety and sanitation.
- Team Player: Assist fellow staff members with prep work and other tasks, fostering a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible.
- Ability to operate, clean and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, walk, use hands, hear and reach. The employee will seldom be required to talk, stoop and kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
The employee must be able to work at a fast pace for extended periods of time in a high‑pressure environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to wet, hot, humid conditions, chemicals or other solutions, fumes or airborne particles, and moderate to loud noise conditions. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules that reflect the business needs of the resort. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
