FOH Lead & Director of Operations

Responsible for set‑up, mixing of drinks, service and cleanup of bar area while providing quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of company standards and profit maximization.

• Weekends and evening shifts are required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Holiday or event‑based coverage may be requested.
• Will be required to work nights, holidays, weekends.

• Make and serve drinks to guests and for servers following guidelines.
• Perform guest contact professionally.
• Ring guest checks and process payments.
• Complete liquor requisitions.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Ensure pars are maintained.
• Perform side work duties.
• Support servers as needed.
• Take tables as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 18+ to serve alcohol.
• 1+ year bartending experience preferred.
• Hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Food/beverage knowledge.
• POS skills.
• Professional, service‑oriented demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must understand English.
• Must perform duties with or without accommodation.

• Work in cooler as needed.
• Lift 50+ lbs.
• Stand/move 8+ hours.
• Kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist.
• Use POS, phone, appliances.
