Shift: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM This position is perfect for: + Night owls + Individuals seeking a second job + People looking for consistent overnight hours + Those who enjoy working with a smaller, close-knit team + Candidates who take pride in preparing the restaurant for a successful day What You'll Do As an Overnight Crew Team Member, you'll help keep our restaurant operating smoothly throughout the night by: + Providing friendly customer service at the front counter and drive-thru + Preparing McDonald's World Famous menu items quickly and accurately + Working in both the kitchen and guest service areas + Cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant to McDonald's standards + Completing overnight food safety and quality procedures + Stocking inventory and preparing workstations for the morning team + Assisting with routine equipment cleaning and maintenance + Working closely with your overnight teammates to deliver outstanding service + Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized restaurant We're Looking For Someone Who + Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic + Is dependable and punctual + Enjoys working overnight hours + Thrives in a fast-paced environment + Works well independently and as part of a team + Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service + Is willing to learn and grow No previous restaurant experience is necessary.
