• Ensure every guest is delighted by the quality of food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships for long‑term, loyal guests.
• Lead, manage, and develop team members through coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed sales, speed, accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection.
• Train team in food safety standards.

• Minimum 18 years of age; 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Serv Safe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Flexibility for nights and weekends; ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand/walk up to 6 hrs.
• Strong communication skills in a loud environment.

Pay range: $19.00 – $22.50 per hour, based on experience and location.
