ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness. They plan shifts, monitor performance, take action to meet standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet goals.
