Join our dynamic team at a premier resort as a Kitchen Manager, where you will oversee all culinary operations to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. • Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and hygiene standards
• Develop and update menus in collaboration with executive chefs, considering guest preferences and seasonal ingredients
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety protocols
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest service
• Maintain a positive, professional work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role in a hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
