Drakes Fine Food & Spirits is looking for a friendly, dependable Server to join our team! If you enjoy creating a welcoming dining experience, connecting with guests, and working in a relaxed atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you.

Part-Time | 10-15 hours per week

Drakes offers a comfortable, casual dining experience in Sartell where guests can enjoy great food, drinks, and conversation. We're proud to welcome families, friends, and community members looking for a place to relax, celebrate, or simply enjoy a great meal.

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide attentive, personalized service throughout each guest’s visit.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
• Be attentive to guest requests, dietary needs, and special accommodations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting dining environment.
• Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the restaurant team.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous serving or customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide great service.
• Ability to work well with guests and coworkers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and flexible with scheduling.
• Professional, positive attitude and a commitment to creating a great guest experience.

Tuesday
- Thursday 11 am - 7 pm;
Friday
- Saturday 11 am - 8 pm;
