The Server is responsible for taking guest orders, serving, and informing guests of various beverages and food options in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. The Server will work closely with other wait staff and the kitchen team to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:- Servers must be available for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Schedule will fluctuate (2 week notice for scheduling).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Inform guests of various beverage and food pairings.
- Describe food ingredients, textures, and tastes in detail.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests.
- Monitor food distribution.
- Prepare final bills and process payments.
- Assist other servers.
- Maintain clean service areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work in team environment.
- Be able to adapt to warm and cold temperatures.
