Good Samaritan Society - 601 West Street - Responsibilities:
Prepare, assemble, and cook meals for residents, staff, and visitors according to menus and dietary requirements;
Follow HACCP guidelines and document steps, temperatures, and outcomes;
Label, store, and inventory food and equipment; maintain sanitation and cleanliness in cooking and serving areas;
Operate kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens, fryers, etc.) and assist with food preparation as needed;
Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to a dynamic culinary environment
