Long Term Care Facility.

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and served attractively
• Assist with menu planning and special diets as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure high-quality service and resident satisfaction

• Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare/long-term care setting a plus)
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and dietary restrictions accurately
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
