Location: New Prague, MN.
Position: Line Cook. Join our team at The Rusty Spoke, where great food and a welcoming atmosphere come together. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated cook to bring their culinary expertise to our kitchen.

• Prepare high‑quality dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring consistency and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food‑safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with food orders and stock rotation.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to menu ideas and specials when needed.
• Handle prep work and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Manage and prioritize multiple orders during busy service times.

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or similar setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation, and safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
