• Greet customers, run the register, and act as cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions to customers.
• Sometimes work with the food program.
• Work around the store (inside and out) to maintain high standards of appearance.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.

• Good at selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care.
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and have fun.
• Team player who can accomplish daily goals.
• Creative problem‑solving and quick thinking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred (sales associate or cashiering experience).
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn.

• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms, up to 20 pounds.
• Bend at waist with twisting up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects requiring eye‑hand coordination; may involve ladder climbing.

Hiring Range: $14.00 to $15.50 per hour.
