• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, stretching for product and lifting, carrying and moving at least 40 lbs.
• Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management in building store business and support all service enhancers, including the Concierge program.
• Serve multiple customers simultaneously, multi-task and handle projects.
• Stay aware of fashion trends and new arrivals, using product knowledge to create outfits and suggest items to match customer needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities, accept direction, coaching and feedback to maximize individual performance.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas, including clientelling/outreach, appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards.
• Complete projects as assigned, including operational assignments such as filling orders, replenishment and recovery.

Pay Range: $11.41 - $14.25 USD per hour.
